  • Can I return products at KIP's Apparel amid the coronavirus outbreak?
    KIP's Apparel is accepting returns on products, except Face Mask. Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 14 days will receive a refund or exchange. Returns can be sent to P.O. Box 461, Glenside Pa 19038.
  • Why is my shipment delayed?
    We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delay. While we are still fulfilling orders ontime, due to the impact of COVID-19 carriers have experienced some shipping delays. 90% of our deliveries ship via USPS and may be delayed. Keep an eye on your email for delivery updates.
  • Where are my products shipped from?
    Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
  • Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
    At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
  • Why did I only receive part of my order?
    Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, we will notify you if packages are shipped separately.
